At Adroit Agri Trade Private Limited, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle food-grade product returns.
1. General Return Guidelines
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food-grade products once they have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Packaged food items
- Perishable goods
- Supplements or other consumable products
2. Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the defective product.
- Incorrect Orders: If we have sent the wrong product or there is a mistake in your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. We will gladly assist with a return or exchange for the correct product.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return of food-grade products, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The product must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following food-grade items:
- Opened or used food products
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh foods, frozen foods, or items with short shelf lives)
- Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products
- Products that have passed their expiry or “use by” date
5. How to Return an Item
If your return meets the eligibility criteria:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at india@adroitoverseas.com or call +91-86553-99300 to initiate the return process. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number and proof of purchase, and send it back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued.
6. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
- If the returned product does not meet the return criteria (e.g., opened packaging, expired products), we reserve the right to deny the return and refund.
7. Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
